When you have some tasks to do and you want to stay productive during the whole day, it is absolutely important for you to find a correct philosophy of getting tasks done. While you decide on how to get a task done you should properly allocate all your priorities to ensure that you don’t invest your energy and time into no purpose. To get tasks done without their prior evaluation is exactly a wrong way leading to disappointment – much resources wasted along with minimal outcome gained. In order of getting tasks done correctly you should appraise each of your tasks to identify their impact (their return of profit, or importance) in relation with necessary efforts. You may divide tasks into four groups where the first one is dedicated to tasks with high impact and low efforts (quick wins); the next one group is for tasks with high impact, but with high efforts as well (major projects), and so on. When each of your tasks is inscribed into appropriate category, you should get your task done by starting with quick wins, and with ignoring tasks which require a lot of efforts along with returning low impact.
