Is it possible to concentrate both on quality and on quantity within company activities. All companies, which want to be successful within growing market, aim to get higher productivity of their employees and business processes in order to produce more goods, attract more clients, provide more services and so on. Productivity is usually associated rather with quantity, but business experts advise: make sure that everything you perform is oriented rather on quality, not quantity.

Normally most of companies aim to find rational balance between quality and quantity. If you want to keep proved quality of your products at the same level and increase quantitative plans you should be very careful. Take quality for the prime condition and quantity for the guiding line of productivity. Thoroughly control and assess results. If any signs of quality decreasing will be identified on any stage, you should investigate this and possibly set aside increased plans. Perhaps you need to optimize and improve your processes, tools, technologies and train employees in order to increase productivity.
