Sub teams offer convenient ways to organize complex projects that may have sub-projects and sub-works. The term 'sub team' means a group of people who participate in complex projects and are assigned to perform some works within sub-projects. A proper organization of sub teams is a guarantee that any sub-project will be run like a well-adjusted and well-coordinated mechanism in which employees do their works with purpose to make project deliverables feasible. Sub team leaders will take care of on-time and complete fulfillment of particular works assigned to their sub teams and sub groups.
In order to manage complex projects, build a comprehensive hierarchy of sub-projects, keep sub teams on track and appoint sub team leaders, a featured task management program is required. VIP Task Manager serves as efficient software to manage multiple projects and tasks, allocate works and jobs, and build teams and sub teams.VIP Task Manager allows creating a tree-like project view where sub-projects and multiple tasks are categorized. Action plan
- Run VIP Task Manager Professional edition.
- To add new users (resources) who will be members of teams and sub teams, go to Resource List View. There you can create a new user account and specify details (Names, Job Title, Department, Project Role, etc.) for every user.
- Use Task Tree View to create a hierarchical structure of projects.
- In Task Tree View you can open any task group and go to Watch List to assign supervisors. A supervisor can be a team leader as well as a sub team leader
