Six Sigma Dashboard is a computer software program that collects, processes, and displays bulk data about projects managed under the Six Sigma methodology. It is intended to help improve manufacturing and business processes through measuring and visualizing process performance. KPIs are used on the dashboard to detect performance gaps, eliminate product defects, and reach cost-effectiveness.
Six Sigma dashboard can be configured or calibrated in a customized way to meet the specifications of very detail-oriented process/project outputs. For example, the dashboard helps monitor and measure data collected at the input stage of the manufacturing process to oversee the cost of raw materials and determine the number of finished products to be manufactured from the materials.

Managers are able to visualize production outputs and make forecasts regarding how the quality of production might be affected by additions or subtractions in time, labor, technology and/or finance.
