Employee Pyramid is a term that is not strongly associated with a single concept; usually it refers to the following meanings:
- Employee Managerial Pyramid: a hierarchy of corporate seniority that can be represented by a chart showing different levels of subordination (with a sole director at the head of pyramid and a number of frontline workers at the bottom). This kind of pyramid can be a part of a team charter that regulates relations and organization in a company’s staff (administrative documentation).
- Employee Retention Pyramid: the fist basic level is Compensation (Money) – basic motivation of employees to work, the next level is Success (or Recognition) – to build loyalty in employees a business should appreciate & reward their efforts objectively (especially excellent efforts), and the highest point of the pyramid is Inspiration – a meaning or sense of work that employees do, a higher mission or idea they want to try for (making them additionally contented).
