EPM Dashboard is a control panel of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) software to centrally display critical information about the business performance of an enterprise. It is a business intelligence tool that allows decision makers to monitor key performance indicators to gain a better picture of how the business is performing against its goals and objectives.
EPM dashboard gathers performance data globally across an organization to create a report that provides a reliable assessment of the organization’s health and helps drive actions to maximize corporate performance. KPIs are usually included in such a report to quantify objectives, assess present state of the business, and forecast future performance.
In general, EPM dashboard must include at least the following pieces of performance-related data:
- An overview of strategic goals and their current status
- A performance analysis summary about tasks, processes, projects, activities
- KPIs and scorecards
- Financial reports
- Issues and risks critical to corporate performance.
