Project Elaboration is a complex period in a project development. It starts when a project gets initiated and approved as worth of interest and investments. Project managers begin drilling down into more detail to derive estimate on costs and resources of the project. The purpose of project elaboration is actually developing an idea into a specified estimate and plan of action, and as a result having strong grounds for requesting funds, administrative support and resources for project realization. Project elaboration includes:
