Project Training Plan is a document describing the tasks, strategy, goals, and resources required for educating the available project participants to support them in carrying out their individual roles in an efficient and effective manner. In this document the project management identifies the level of knowledge which they will demand from their workforce to possess, so the project performance can run smoothly, without problems that may occur if the workforce doesn’t possess the required level of knowledge. Project Training Plan usually addresses the following issues:
- Competencies essential to the project roles;
- Available workforce and their gaps in these competencies;
- Specific information and knowledge concerning the project;
- Objectives to be reached with the Project Training Plan;
- Trainings and other educational arrangements required to close the competency gaps;
- Schedule of the trainings and educational events;
- Specific agenda of the trainings and events;
