What is Scheduled Employment

Scheduled Employment is a preprogrammed systematic approach to satisfying a specific need for workforce in terms of certain project. Every project has certain workforce requirements which can be partially covered by resources of the domestic staff of a company owning a project, but the rest of vacant positions (that cannot be covered by a company’s own employees) should be closed with a help of whether contractors or newly-hired personnel. 

A cluster of vacant roles in the project can be transformed into a schedule of vacancies that gives a plan according to which a suitable professional for every role will be recruited in time, so the project will come to its beginning with the fully completed staff (including part-time workers who will be found and contracted beforehand).
