Customize workflow of your company departments

Action plan:

• Launch VIP Task Manager
• To manage workflow, go to Tools-Customize Workflow
• In the opened workflow editor window, you can create a new workflow and add new task statuses. For example, if your enterprise has Sales department, you can create new workflow "Sales Department" and specify task statuses, such as "Draft", "In Progress", "Sold", etc.
• Close the workflow editor window
• In the Task Tree view, create task groups for each department and set appropriate workflow to all tasks related to a particular task group. For example, create the task group "Sales Department" and set workflow "Sales Department".
