When you need to make a report about the work of several employees at once, it may interrupt accomplishing your current task for a long time. You need to pick out each team member's tasks that were done or started during required time period and describe their current completion degree. If you multiply the time that should be spent on it by the quantity of employees, you'll see that it's too time-consuming process and isn't worth the time that is wasted on it.
