Probably there is no person who has never missed an appointment in his business practice. People miss appointments with clients or partners due to various reasons. Procrastination, bad memory, traffic jams. Time management offers a lot of way to organize your tasks. But almost each of them is based on a tool like planner or scheduler which helps to organize your time and arrange appointments. With such a planner you will be able to create a list of appointments and meetings, assign due dates, set priorities and reminders and many other options for effective time management.
VIP Task Manager is the task management software aimed to organize as personal as team tasks and schedule appointments. The software has build-in Calendar view which can display tasks as scheduled appointments. You can set due dates and reminders for appointments, leave comments and notes to describe an appointment details, and receive automatic notifications on your email. VIP Task Manager allows to create a task list for conducting a meeting with your team and add daily agenda. You can create an appointment in the database and share it with your subordinates so that they can see it and be notified of any changes in the schedule.
Action plan:
- Run VIP Task Manager
- Go to Task Tree view and create the task group Appointments
- Create some appointments as tasks in this task group and set the following task options: Due Date, Start/Finish Date, Priority, Reminder, and Assignments
- With Permission panel you can configure restrictions/privileges of employees to the appointments
- To plan your task list for meetings go to Calendar, select Daily view and add agenda.
CentriQS Task Scheduling Solution CentriQS users can choose the most convenient way to schedule tasks. If most of your tasks require scheduling, you can add new tasks directly in the Scheduler view. If you schedule tasks from task list, you can drag'n'drop created tasks to the Scheduler panel. If you set task start and finish dates and time, you can do this on the Schedule tab of task detail view.
