Most of us are using laptops to do our work while being away from the office. But what if your laptop battery is run down and there's no way to re-charge it? With VIP Task Manager you can create detailed schedules. The software has Calender view which allows to plan tasks, build daily agendas and other. In VIP Task Manager a printable calendar has a planner view with tasks on it. The planner shows a task name and timeframes it should be completed within. In VIP Task Manager there is also Task Tree view which allows you to send scheduled task lists to remote employees by email.
Action plan:
- Run VIP Task Manager software.
- Go to Calendar view and create task list.
- Assign tasks to your employees and set due dates.
- Select daily/weekly/monthly view of the schedule.
- To print out the task schedule, go to File - Print
