The business process workflow of a company needs to be managed and controlled by using a hub for business processes. The business processes hub connects the company management and the employees to each other. It replaces boring business paperwork with an efficient digital document flow and creates perfect communication between the employees. The hub eliminates the inefficiency in job assignments, delays in communications and employee management. Any employee who connects to the hub is immediately connected to all other participants of the business workflow. VIP Task Manager allows to create and manage the hub for business processes allowing companies of any business model to get a unique framework of employee management. Business workflow through VIP Task Manager is continuously tracked, and appropriate parties (project manager, team leader, project stakeholders, etc.) can be notified of current progress by e-mail message or pop-up notification in case of project delivery or any problem. The status of each task in the project can be watched at any time. VIP Task Manager stores all tasks and related information in a database file which may be located on a remote server machine.
Action plan:
- Start VIP Task Manager and create a new database by using Database Wizard
- Database Wizard allows to connect to database via LAN or Internet
- Use the 'Resource List' view to add new users who will access the database
- By using the 'Permissions' panel in the 'Task Tree' view you can allow or deny a user to view, edit, or/and delete tasks/folders
Note: you can use Database Manager (go to Start-Program-VIP Quality Software-VIP Task Manager-Database Manager) to register, edit or remove databases.
