Many entrepreneurs and managers do not make haste to get into outsourcing opportunities as they have doubts that they may preserve control of their business or operational expenses will grow. Outsourcing can become controllable and manageable by using VIP Task Manager. This system allows to manage tasks and processes assigned to outsourced employees. The manager can create and assign the tasks to the employees, supervise current activities and control remote work via Internet connection. Each month, week or daily the manager can build performance report and give it to the business owner for analysis of outsourcing activities. The report may include time, qualitative and score measures of the activities so that the business owner can analyze productivity and profitability.

- Run VIP Task Manager
- In Resource List view you can add detailed information for outsourced employees and create user accounts for them
- To create and assign tasks, you can use Task Tree view. In this view you can create the folder 'Outsourced activities' and put all outsourced tasks into this folder
- To build reports, you can use Chart Panel, Report Builder, or just export task list view into Excel sheets
- By using Custom Fields, you can add KPIs to measure the employee performance and analyze outsourcing activity
