Then, when project goes to an end, the project manager will be able to measure end results and conduct performance analysis.

Before a project starts, you can plan out a set of tasks each team member should complete to meet the project goals. You can use Due Date and Estimated Time columns to schedule tasks. Action plan:
- Start VIP Task Manager
- Go to Scheduler view to create a project schedule. Use Start Time and Finish Time columns to display tasks on the schedule
- Create and assign tasks to each team member. Each task can have such columns as Due Date, Start and Finish Time, Estimated Time and Actual Time. To measure end results and build KPIs, you can use Custom Field feature
- Export tasks to Excel or HTML file to get a report
