Employee daily sheets are special templates to control and regulate activities of employees. There are different kinds of these sheets created to work with different matters: time, money, assignments, occupation, etc. Each kind of staff agenda can be managed with a help of special software such as VIP Task Manager that is a client-server program helping managers and employees to administer workflow matters through the following variations of employee daily sheets:
- Work Sheet – a list of tasks to complete, explained in different terms. This is like a to-do list with multiple columns for an employee to describe his/her workloads, and this purpose is easily satisfied by VIP Task Manager that allows creating interactive worksheets in Task List mode, so progress over such an action plan can be remotely controlled by employee’s supervisor;
- Expense Sheet – a list of expenses to be paid out (requested or planned ones) to cover employee-related expenditures, such as for salary, bonuses, travelling expenses, money appointed to accomplish assigned tasks, etc. VIP Task Manager can be used to operate with costs-related information to plan, measure, track, and report expenses in a task-oriented manner.

- Record Sheet – during workdays, employees may need to make some notes to capture their activities and observations. VIP Task Manager can be used to extend a list of tasks with additional information – it can be recorded in a special section of each task (it is called “Notes”). Notes also can be controlled, edited and modified by employees’ supervisors;

- Tracking Sheet – this kind can be represented by a simple progress tracking sheet to overview statuses of multiple tasks assigned to different employees (this is among basic capabilities of VIP Task Manager), or as a daily log to control their attendance at workplaces (when they come to office and when they leave). This program can be used to manage employee daily attendance sheets to let employees record their check-outs and check-ins;
