Project work package and worksheet

Project work package is a combination of sub-projects that are represented by project worksheets and work action templates to create a specific result. In terms of project management, it is also the lowest level of work breakdown structure. They are assigned to project work groups. Members of groups are responsible for estimating costs and durations of projects. By using job packages, you can take your time to organize projects in the best way.

Project worksheet is a list of tasks that should be turned into actions in order to achieve project goals and get project deliverables. Project worksheets are usually created as templates, and when a new job is going to be initiated, you can duplicate templates by means of project management software.

By using project worksheets and templates, you will get a vision in mind – a perfect picture of how, when and what you are going to do within your project. For example, if you are going to build your house, you can create templates to see lighting, color of walls, textures etc. From floor to ceiling, templates will let you know actions required for building the house.
