Manager of Overseas Department
This person controls and oversees all foreign operations of the department. The department head creates strategic plans and sets long-term objectives. He defines and specifies the full scope of the department activities, including task scheduling, resource assignment, collaboration management and reporting. The main responsibilities of the department manager are:
- Acting as an activity supervisor to all employees of the department

Foreign Branches Coordinator
This is an employee who controls and monitors activities of foreign branches of the company. Creating overseas department resource list
Resource list is a detailed list of all employees who work at the overseas department. This is the way to arrange the department staff members by their positions and roles in the foreign activities of the company. VIP Task Manager software has Resource List view where the department head can create a staff list and add the employees specifying their names, positions, contact information, and other. Each worker of the overseas department gets a resource name in VIP Task Manager which means a user account. The workers can log into the department database and access tasks depending on assigned privileges.When the department manager creates a new staff list in Resource List view, he can use Roles Panel to set up permissions for each employee to tasks and categories. Roles can be assigned to the employees according to their duties and responsibilities. For example, in staff list of the overseas department there can be created such roles as 'Manager', 'Specialist', 'Coordinator', and 'Representative Officer'.
