Definition :

It is the process and methodology of ensuring that all project activities necessary to design, plan and practically implement the project are performed effectively enough with respect to the project purposes, objective s and requirements . At the beginning of any project it is necessary to create quality plan to formulate appropriate standards that are synthesized from focusing on achieving the customer's expectations , and from existing corporate standards. The main issues include concentrating at fixing only ongoing poor outputs , without deep delving into the organization of the working process that produce defections in order to find the roots of the problems and eliminate them. In other words, objectives include continuous fundamental improving of the business processes in order of preventing and decreasing defections. This service can be called QA that undertakes four main tasks – quality planning, assurance, control , and improvements.
