Advertising agency can increase its performance if key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked by managers and used in decision making. One of the indicators is the time spent on advertising tasks or projects. If Actual time exceeds Estimated time and there is no time reamined for work, then some optimization efforts should be taken. CentriQS lets use Task Ansuch task attributes as Actual, Estimate, Remain to set time parameters for employee tasks

Managers can measure employee time performance by calculating deviation between estimated time, actual time and time remained.For example, if a salesperson needs to perform a monthly plan (Estimate is 30 days) and the manager can track the performance each week by using Actual time and Remained time. Deviation can be calculated as a difference between Actual, Estimate and Remain. CentriQS lets measure Deviation per reporting period per salesperson in the Task Analytics view.

And finally, the most important key performance indicator is money. For example, the sales manager wants to calculate total amount of money each salesperson has brought to the company. In the Sales Analytics in CentriQS, the manager can create a pivot table showing sales amounts of the employees for a given reporting period (e.g. 1 month).
