For example - We have building stage 2) Trenching - Foundation Laying, this task group consists of several tasks - one of these tasks is To rent an excavator (digging of foundation pit) (it supposes that office manager or another employee should negotiate with contractor (construction machinery lessor) and report the terms of agreement to project manager), lets say - one hour of excavator work costs $1000 USD and digging of a foundation pit takes 3 hours - so office manager will enter data into special fields estimated time (3 hours) and price per hour ($1000 USD) and calculated field estimated price will show that this stage of work will cost $3000 USD. When field work starts the estimated time can differ from actual one, lets say the work of excavator can be protracted on fault of the customer (construction company) and actual time turns into 4 hours. After that, actual time should be entered in the task, and field actual price will show - $4000 USD, at the same time another field unplanned expenses will show $1000 USD ($4000 USD - $3000 USD).
