Receiving employee feedback is critical for those managers who tries to understand the pulse of their teams. Providing a voice for employees will help to improve task performance and managers will be aware of current problems the employees confronted with. It also contributes employee retention and loyalty. 1. Run VIP Task Manager
2. An employee can leave his feedback on a task by using the field Comments. The system shows time, date and name of the employee who left comments
3. Comments cannot be erased so think twice before leaving feedback
4. Take care of employee task permissions by using Permissions Panel
5. For those tasks which are not supposed to be commented, you can restrict employee access
Note: If there’s a need to use anonymous feedback, create a new resource say “Anonymous” in Resource List. Then, each employee can enter database under this resource name and leave anonymous feedback on a task.
