For the real estate agency database it is helpful to apply predefined custom field values that could be listed for the field. For instance, the custom field "Type" might have several values like: Apartment, House, Land, Commercial property, New building. The custom fields "Property address" and "Square" allow entering text values and describing location and space of the property for sale. In the rest custom fields "Rooms" you can insert the number of rooms. The custom field "Price" shows the property cost and could be set in any currency (USD, EURO, etc.). The program can automatically sum up all the property prices and give the total price. |

The mentioned custom fields are set to each real estate agency client (client's group) and required to all agency employees. However, an employee could specify own custom fields and set them in his tasks while the other employees are denied to these fields. For instance, the real estate agency Appraiser can set the custom fields "Costs spent", "Contacts", etc. in his task list. For the best task columns layout it is possible to hide or display any column. |
