Applying Filter Filter is a convenient tool that can be applied for task tracking. For example, the real estate agency Director needs to track the tasks that are not completed for the last week. The tasks are assigned to departments: Sales, Expert Appraisal and Legal. He enters the following filter settings: Status:Created, In Progress and Verification Data Range :Last Week Department: Expert Appraisal, Legal, Sales |
||
Once the filter was set, Director gets a list of "not completed" tasks and increases task priorities in order to show the task importance to the employees. To emphasize this he can add comments in the tasks. The appropriate notifications will be sent to the resources. The filter settings can be stored in a profile and raised any time it requires. |

When tasks deadlines (due dates) are overdue, the tasks become procrastinated and VIP Task Manager automatically marks them with orange color (the color can be changed to any another). This feature is helpful for the real estate agency managers. If the task for reasons of carelessness or lack of time was missed, VIP Task Manager automatically gets the overdue task marked and it becomes a signal for the real estate agency Director to take measures. | ||
Fields "Status" and "Complete" The field "Status" displays the tasks status that could be "Draft", "In Progress", "Canceled", etc., in other words, the life cycle of a task from the beginning till the end. The field "Complete" has the progress bar that shows progress of the task in percentage. For example, when the real estate agent performs the task, he sets the task status "In progress" and types the percentage value in (10%, 42%, 90%, etc.) that depends on time he needs to complete the task. Once the task is "In Progress" or "Completed" the notifications will be sent in real time to the real estate agency Director. So he can track the realtor task performance. |
