VIP Task Manager has some features that allow creating and managing staff in the real estate agency database. Managers are able to create and edit resources of the real estate agency in the Resource List. |
Creating a resource using Resource View Owner or Director can create resources for personnel in the real estate agency database and specify an employee's details, like: Name, Department, Job Title, Email, Phone, etc. To be convenient, resource list could be grouped by Department column in Resource View. When the resource is created, the employee gets personal protected by password access to the database. While creating a resource, director can set himself as a supervisor. It means that when real estate agent adds a client or makes modifications, director gets notifications within the program or by email. |
Setting permissions and roles Efficient activity of the real estate agency is based on team collaboration that is on correct task assignment inside the agency. However, the issue of task permissions is important because each task might be accessible to definite employee(s) only. Based on this, VIP Task Manager gives the real estate agency Director an opportunity to set task permissions to the resources. Director could decide weather a resource could watch, edit or delete tasks of other resources or departments. |
For example, tasks of Sales department differ from tasks of Expert Appraisal Department and that's why it is reasonable to isolate their tasks. For Sales department the role "Realtor" could be created and all real estate agents could watch and edit tasks of Sales department. If the task is assigned to a single person only or requires limited access, the real estate agency manager can use Permission panel in order to set individual access. For example, the real estate agent inserts a client in the database and only his manager and he have full access to the created client. |
